BLASTING CERTIFICATE
In order to be legible to conduct blasting activities you shall be required to have a valid blasting certificate. The application for a blasting certificate shall include but not be limited to the following:

- Fill in Form No. 8 (Download form here);
- Payment of relevant fees; and
- Pass your examination.
