PERMIT TO ACQUIRE/STORE EXPLOSIVES
In order to be eligible to acquire/store explosives you shall be required to have a permit. The application for the permit to acquire or store explosives shall include but not be limited to the following:
- Submission drawings, layout together with your application to the Commissioner of Minerals;
- Introduction letter from the District Safety and Security Committee from the relevant District;
- Inspection report by the Mining Commission prior to and after the completion of the facility;
- Comments from Firearms and Ammunition Control National Committee; and
- Payment of all Fees after final Inspection.
